Friday night the Paw Paw Red Wolves traveled to Niles to play the Vikings for the Wolverine Conference Championship. Paw Paw hung tough early, trading first possession touchdowns, but Niles proved to be the better team on Friday, and ran away with the championship in the second half.
Leaders for the Red Wolves were Eli Sonnenberg with a big kickoff return setting up a first quarter touchdown. Ben Miller rushed for 101 yards and PJ DeYoung rushed for 75 yards and scored 3 touchdowns. The Red Wolves finished the regular season 8-1 and will now host Edwardsburg Friday night in the opening round of the playoffs.
