If you haven't heard from your student already, our school had a very special visitor this week! On Tuesday Miss Southwest Michigan, Shelby Lentz, was a guest on our morning announcements and read to our students. Shelby is an amazing talent. She sang the chorus of her song Champion during announcements and read the students her book, Brave Breanna. Look this young woman up, you will be very impressed with her music and her book. As Miss Southwest Michigan, Shelby had the chance to compete in the Miss Michigan Pageant. We wish you luck Shelby and thank you for spending a good part of your day with us at the Early Elementary!

Today we had a WatchDOG volunteer who went above and beyond! Mr. Keith Long is the Grandfather of Mrs. Forker's Young 5's student. It is Mr. Long's birthday today! Mr. Long's favorite part of the day was reading to Kindergarten classrooms. Mr. Long also helped SO much during our lunch periods. He was cleaning up in between lunches and talking with the kids during lunch. Thank you for your time spent with our students! We hope you have a great rest of your day.

Good evening Elementary Campus families. Due to our snow days this week, Paw Paw Early and Later Elementary will be rescheduling Parent-Teacher Conferences to next Tuesday,February 8th and Wednesday, February 9th from 1pm-7:15pm. There will be half days of school on these days with dismissal at 12:15. We had to cancel all of the previous appointments and we will need parents to create a new conference appointment for each of your children. Sign up for conferences will still be online through a program called School Bookings. You may choose between a Face-to-Face (in-person) conference, a virtual conference, or a phone conference, and you can schedule all of your elementary children at one time. The PTO will be holding a Book Fair in the Later Elementary library for both buildings during conferences. To access the sign up, go to: https://www.schoolbookings.net/code/tuh32 (NEW BOOKING LINK) If you are unable to get online to book your conference, please contact the school office or your child’s teacher. You can also complete your online sign-up in either of the elementary offices. You will need to know your child’s grade & teacher(s) to schedule your conference. At the Later Elementary, you will meet with the 2 teachers who team to teach all of the subjects for that grade level.
